"My 2007 Kawasaki sprung a leak on the gas tank (well past warranty). I contacted Billy in the service department; and he assured me that the problem will be taken care of. Billy worked with Kawasaki personally to have the gas tank replaced ($700) because it was obviously a defected part. Long Island Kawasaki & Yamaha replaced my gas tank FREE of charge. I have never seen a dealership staff so friendly and willing to help. Never again will i seek service for my motorcycle elsewhere! THANK YOU LI KAWASAKI & YAMAHA!"

"I Travel almost an hour to get to this dealer, there were 4 other dealer or maybe more between where i live and where this dealer located, i have to tell you this, there will be many more purchases i will do and will not hesitate to go back to them. Very professional and friendly people. Specially Zues, this gentleman took my word over the phone and customized the ATV i wanted to purchase without asking credit card or any other advance deposit over the phone. He gave me the best price on the quad. Dealer near me couldn't touch the price i got from Zues. Everyone was very nice, i am glad i took my business there and they have me for lifetime as a customer. "My 2007 Kawasaki ZX-6R had a broken intake valve, the valve broke while I was on the freeway which pretty much destroyed the motor. My bike is 3 years old and out of warranty, and I was facing a $2000-$3000 repair, if not more. (Billy)in the service department somehow talked Kawasaki into covering all of the expenses which included all of the parts and the complete service. I rode my bike home today having only paid for the towing fee; $150. I am very thankful, they took great care of me and my bike. Thank you once again Billy!

I have bought over thirty (30+) new motorcycles and used over seven (7+) dealer's and this is the best place you can buy your bike from buy a long shot. "As a new rider, I was looking for a motorcycle I could handle that wouldn't bore me six months down the line. With a little help from Zeus, I chose the Kawasaki Vulcan 500. Two years later, I'm still loving it! They could have talked me into something bigger (and more expensive) but they made the right suggestion based on my experience (or lack thereof) and the size of my bankbook. My friend just got her license and is ready to ride, so it's back to LI Kawasaki for the next first bike: this time it's a Yamaha 650 cruiser. And, when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll be back again..."

"I kept meaning to send this sooner, but somehow never quite got around to it. I purchased my first bike (Vulcan 800 Classic) from LIK in 1999. I crashed that one last August - hit some sand in a curve and the insurance company totaled it.
Replaced that one with a beautiful 2007 red and silver Nomad. I had seen it at the Motorcycle Show in NYC in January, and stopped by one lunch hour to "just look." That was that.
Zeus was terrific. Direct, honest and incredibly helpful. Without a doubt the best motor vehicle purchase experience I've had. Earlier, I had visited one of those other "crazy" dealers, and just knew that something wasn't "right." I immediately came back to LI Kawasaki.
After I purchased the bike, I couldn’t pick it up right away because I was traveling. He held it for me, and even worked with my wife to install a Guardian Bell that she got for me, before I went to pick it up. All in all a very positive experience.

I have been dealing with L.I. going on two years in May when I purchased my kawasaki 05 vulcan 800 classic and each time has been great. This is also to let management know that they have a great group of people working for them.
From the time I stepped into the showroom and began my dealing with the sales department, parts when I added accessories, and now with the service department which by the way is well above a 5 STAR rating. Everyone made buying my bike very easy they always have the answers to all of the questions I could come up with. I don't feel that I have to mention any names because I wouldn't want to leave somebody out that I haven't dealt with directly but might be part of the hub or a spoke that helps to keep the rim and tire turning.
Keep it going because a dealership like Long Island Kawasaki Yamaha as we all know is greatly needed out there."
